THE GROVE

Our client had acquired this site with planning permission for a development of two four bedroom houses.  On examining construction costs and resale values it became apparent that the development value was insufficient and we were approached to prepare revised proposals.

 

With careful space planning and taking advantage of the steeply sloping site we developed proposals for a development of three town houses, each with four bedrooms.  Following detailed negotiations with the local planning authority planning permission was secured. 

 

We subsequently developed detailed construction drawings for use by the client's building contractor.
