My client had acquired a bungalow with a piece of open ground to the front, offering little to the existing dwelling, with the intention of constructing a new dwelling on this infill plot.

Proposals were carefully developed to take advantage of countryside views to the west and to ensure that the proposed house would not have an adverse impact on its neighbours or on the existing mature trees that flanked the site.
